Cirrus,, the maker of the world's best-selling single engine airplane will be bringing their mobile showroom to AirQuest Aviation on Sept 11th, 2007 from 4PM to 8 PM. See their latest in aviation technology - including the unique Cirrus airframe parachute system.

Air Combat USA, established in 1988, is the ORIGINAL civilian dog fighting school in the world and will return to Butler County Airport on June 9th and June 10th 2007. This is not a simulator and no pilot's license is required. Are you up for the challenge? Do you have what it takes to be a Fighter Pilot for a Day?

Wings Over Pittsburgh Air Show is going to be held on June 16 - 17, 2007, featuring the United States Air Force Thunderbirds military demonstration team.

This year's air show we will be honoring the 60th anniversary of the United States Air Force.

Please note times of the show are from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Gates will close at 3 p.m.

Free Admission - Free Parking.  No Coolers & No Bags (except diaper and camera bags).

Strollers, Wagons and Folding Chairs are permitted.

Mega Cruise

Penn Township Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual "Mega Cruise" Fundraiser at Butler County Airport on July 14th, 2007 (rain or shine) 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. All proceeds benefit the Penn Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Boy Scouts Earn
Aviation Merit Badge

Boy Scout Troop 457 of the Moraine Trails Council earned their Aviation Merit Badge at AirQuest Aviation on January 3rd, 2006. Chris Shannon, a certified flight instructor, assisted the scouts in meeting the requirements for the merit badge. Jerry Kennihan spoke to the scouts on how his achieving Eagle Scout has affected his life. Many of the scouts and their parents have signed up to take discovery flights in the upcoming months.
