Learn to fly at a top Pittsburgh Flight School. Earning your Private Pilot License with AirQuest involves a comprehensive and detailed 3-phase lesson structure that will familiarize you with all aspects of the plane. AirQuest not only wants to make sure you can pass the FAA written and practical exams, but that you have fun doing it. It is our goal to let you learn hands-on, and get you flying one of our Piper Warriors as quickly and safely as possible.

Your learning Process
Phase I
​
Prepares you to fly solo. With a nominal number of lessons and your instructor's approval, you could be flying solo after 10 to 15 hours of training. Minimum 16 years of age to solo.
Phase II
​
Prepares you to fly to different airports. You and your instructor will fly cross country learning all types of navigation skills.
Phase III
​
Practice and preparation for the FAA check ride.
FAA Testing
AirQuest Aviation is certified to provide pre-scheduled FAA inspection services. While AirQuest carries out the testing, we DO NOT schedule your appointments. Please refer all scheduling inquiries to the appropriate FAA authority.
